This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR with respect to the complaint in CSR No.363 of 2015 dated 19.12.2015 and inquire into the theft of documents in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.12.2015, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.363/2015, before the respondent.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
