O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband to produce his wife Roseline Gandhimathi and his minor daughter Jayslin Juanita, who are in the illegal custody of his father-in-law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.This Court, by order dated 22.09.2014, referred the matter to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Court. 3.It is seen that as per the Mediation report dated 26.11.2014, both the parties have settled the matter out of Court. 4.In view of the settlement made before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, we find it just and reasonable to close this petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
