This Court, by its order dated 11.03.2024 in O.A.Nos.166 and 167 of 2024, granted an order of interim injunction as prayed for in those applications in favour of the applicants/plaintiffs. Interim injunction granted by this Court is still in force.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit on instructions that eversince the date of order of interim injunction granted by this Court, the respondents have stopped using the brand name "Eiffel Tower" for the sale of Dhal. He would further submit that the said respondents have no desire of using the brand "Eiffel Tower" for the sale of Dhal in the near future.

3. In view of the above submission, interim injunction granted by this Court in O.A.Nos.166 and 167 of 2024, dated 11.03.2024, is made absolute, and accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for. 05.11.2024 rkm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
