This Court, by an order dated 16.3.2016 in W.P.No.8555 of 2016, directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders / take appropriate action, on merits and in accordance with law, by affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to the necessary parties, if any, within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that

order. Alleging that the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition is closed.
