These applications have been filed by the plaintiffs for appointment of Advocate Commissioner.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants were informed that subsequent to the filing of these applications, the respondents have withdrawn their products from the market and therefore, at present, the appointment of Advocate Commissioner is not necessary.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, both the applications are closed at present and if necessary, the applicants are at liberty to re-open these applications in future. 1/3

4. The respondents are directed to file counter affidavit in the remaining applications on or before 04.06.2024.

5. List the matter on 05.06.2024 for counter and disposal of the remaining applications.
