When the second appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the sole respondent died on 02.01.2024, so far no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent. Recording the death of the sole respondent, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
