O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the proceedings pending in No.Na.Ka.No.05/21432/2018 dated 26.10.2018.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the enquiry has been completed and the orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

Taking into consideration of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petition pending in proceedings No. Na. Ka. No. 05 / 21432 / 2018 dated 26.10.2018, after offering an opportunity to the third respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
