Seeking leave to file additional affidavit of documents in the suit along with the documents morefully described schedule, the applicants/defendants have filed the present application. 2.Applicants are the defendants in the suit and they want to mark certain documents, which were not available at the time of filing the written statement.

3.Marking of additional documents will not prejudice the respondents. Marking of the documents is different from admissibility, relevancy and proof.

4.Therefore, the application stands allowed subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof.
