[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant parole for 10 days to petitioner's husband one B.Kumar s/o.Balasubramaniam, Life Convict, CT.No.15145, aged about 60 years, now confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore, pursuant to petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2022.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as it has become infructuous. No costs.
