Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.319 of 2019 on the respondent and transfer the same to (CCB) Central Crime Branch or any other agencies and enquire the matter in fair manner and file a final report within the time limits as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.319 of 2019 on the respondent to Central Crime Branch (CCB) or any other agencies and enquire the matter in fair manner and file a final report within the time limits as stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.319 of 2019 and subsequently, the said crime has been withdrawn from the file of the respondent police and the same was transferred to the file of the Central Crime Branch for investigation.
