This petition has been filed to grant special leave to the petitioner herein to prefer an appeal against the judgment dated 29.11.2021 made in S.T.C.No.12 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kanchipuram District.

2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The impugned judgment was placed before this Court for perusal. It seems that before the trial Court, the respondent / accused herein did not dispute the signature found in the cheque. On the other hand, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kanchipuram, suspected over the pronote, which was marked as Ex.D.1 came to the conclusion that the loan availed by the respondent / accused had already been discharged and ultimately, passed an order of acquittal. Since the signature found in the cheque was admitted by the respondent, it needs a detailed enquiry. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
