Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.07.2022, the 3rd respondent is appeared before this Court. The respondents 1 & 2 are absent.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that due to unavoidable situation, the respondents 1 & 2 are not present before this Court and seeks two weeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Recording the above submission, post the contempt petition on 02.09.2022 under the caption ''for reporting compliance''. However, liberty is granted to the learned Additional Government Pleader to file a petition for dispensing with the appearance of the contemnors 1 & 2, along with the compliance report, if the order has been complied with. The presence of the 3rd respondent is dispensed with for the present.
