This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the fair and decretal order passed in M.P.No.3022 of 2017 in MCOP.No.1565 of 2014 dated 13.11.2017 on the file of the M.A.C.T. II, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. This Civil Revision Petition was listed "for admission" on 08.06.2018 and it was adjourned, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter "for admission". Again when the matter was listed for hearing on 17.04.2021, it was adjourned to 03.06.2021. Thereafter, it is listed today. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Thus, this Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past 3 years without even ordering notice for admission. It shows that the petitioner have no interest to proceed with the matter and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition after 3 years.
