Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced the proceedings of the respondent, in Na.Ka.No.764/2010/Sapa, dated 10.04.2015 and submitted that the order, dated 17.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15263 of 2010 has been complied with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings/order passed by the respondent is not in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with law.

4. It is needless to pointout and it is also a well settled law that, pursuant to the directions made by this Court, if an order has been passed by the respondent, the remedy open to the party is to challenge the outcome of the proceedings/order before the appropriate forum or in the manner known to law. This Court cannot infer any wilfil disobedience upon the order passed by the respondent. Therefore, this Contempt Petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, if he so desires. No costs.
