ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the Planning Permission issued by the third respondent in letter No.PP/NHRB/INST(B2)/1168/2019 dated 29.01.2020 and quash the same.

2. Today, this case is listed under the caption, "for withdrawal" under the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the issue has been settled between the petitioner and the fifth respondent by virtue of mediation 2/4

held by Hon'ble Mr.Justice L.Nageshwara Rao, Judge (Retd.), Supreme Court of India. Hence, seeks to withdraw this writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
