When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the prayer sought for in this revision has now become infructuous, in view of the fact that subsequent to the impugned order, dated 20.01.2026, the main suit itself got dismissed on 31.03.2026. He also submits that the petitioner is taking steps to file an appeal as against the dismissal of the suit.
