The writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the respondent herein to permit the petitioner to continue to work in the Arulmigu Arunachaleswarar Temple, Tiruvannamalai.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been complied with and the petitioner was permitted to continue to work in the Arulmigu Arunachaleswarar Temple, Tiruvannamalai and his service was also regularized by an order dated 28.09.2022.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
