ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the Corporation states that lock and seal notice has already been issued on 25.07.2016 and further steps for de-occupation notice and removal of unauthorised construction will be taken within a period of two months from today. The Commissioner, Corporation of Chennai is present in Court.

2. The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the Corporation shall remain bound by the same.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
