The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime.No.228 of 2013 on the file of the Vellode Police Station, Erode District to some other Officer or Agency and further direct the investigation to be completed and the final report in the above case to be filed within a time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a detailed status report stating that investigation has already over and a charge-sheet has also been laid in C.C.No.16 of 2015, dated 27.01.2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai.
