It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel on either side that the parties have arrived at a compromise and had entered into a joint memorandum of compromise in C.S.No.1115 of 2008 dated 02.04.2018. They have filed the joint memorandum of compromise dated 02.04.2018 and the same is taken on record.

2.In view of the same, the Original Side Appeal is disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 02.04.2018. The terms of the compromise shall form part of the decree in O.S.A.No.224 of 2015. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
