O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondent for committing wilful disobedience to the order of this court in Crl.O.P.No.22815 of 2018 dated 25.09.2018.

2. As per the order passed by this court dated 20.11.2019, statutory notice was sent to the respondent on 29.11.2019. but the served notice not yet returned. Respondent also not appeared in person. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she came to know that a final report has been filed in the above case and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.646 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Namakkal.
