This contempt petition has been filed against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 05.9.2014 made in W.P.No.24082 of 2014.

2. In pursuance of the order passed on 05.9.2014 in the main writ petition, the Tahsildar, Jayamkondam, has passed a detailed order dated 07.6.2015 rejecting the claim https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the petitioner for the grant of patta. Therefore, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the order of the Tahsildar dated 07.6.2015, in a manner known to law, this contempt petition is closed.
