Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in Confidential Reports for the period of 01.04.2007 to 29.11.2007 of 7th Respondent dated 12.05.2009 and his consequential order dated 07.03.2013 in proceedings No.A.XII.2/2013.49.ST and the consequential order dated 05.07.2013 in proceeding No.A.XII.1/2013.EC.III on the file of the 6th respondent and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to conduct review DPC for my promotion to the rank of ASI (M) from HC(M) for the vacancy year and release my promotion by assigning seniority in appropriate place. ORDER

When the matter was taken up today, Ms. R. Gouri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from her counterpart submits that the relief of promotion sought for by the petitioner has already been granted by the respondent, though she has no instructions about the same by the petitioner.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
