O R D E R
(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Instant Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order dated 6/12/2017 made by this Court in W.P.No.44004 of 2016.
2. Heard Mr.V.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Arjun Suresh for the respondent.
3. After perusing the order dated 6/12/2017, made in W.P.No.44004 of 2016 and after hearing the argument of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, we do not find any willful act on the part of the respondent. Order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench is very clear. It merely asked the fifth respondent therein to consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically, which was done and accordingly, rejected the petitioner's request. It appears that the petitioner is also not willing to get an employment under a Contractor.

4. In view of the above observation, Contempt Petition stands closed.
