ORDER
This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.31414 of 2016, by order dated 09.09.2016, directed the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 09.09.2016 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 27.06.2018, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
