This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.136 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent-Police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.136 of 2016 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
