This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 30.09.2015 and made in W.P.No.30738 of 2015.

2.It is represented that the order dated 30.09.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30738 of 2015, which is the subject matter of contempt has been complied with, vide proceedings of the District Education Officer, Virudhunagar in Na.Ka.No.2094/A1/2015, dated 17.06.2016.

3.In the light of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. The said proceedings of the District Education Officer, Virudhunagar, dated 17.06.2016, is taken on file and recorded.
