Petition has been filed seeking leave of this Court to institute the suit with respect to the property situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

2. There are four plaintiffs. The fourth plaintiff is said to be a trust and the relief sought in the suit is to sell properties of the said trust. But two of the properties are outside the territorial jurisdiction. Leave to institute the suit under Section 92 of the Code of Civil Procedure had been granted in Application No. 1462 of 2024 by order dated 15.03.2024.

3. Taking all the surrounding circumstances into consideration, this Application stands allowed and leave is granted.
