This application has been filed to grant leave to institue the suit to obtain the reliefs sought in the plaint on behalf of the Trust and to proceed with the sale of immovable properties.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3. Considering the nature of properties, and the fact that the suit has been filed seeking permission of this Court to deal with the properties of the trust and the suit has been instituted under section 92 of Code of Civil Procedure, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
