Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the resolution No.276 of 2013 passed by the 2nd respondents dated 27.5.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to conduct the fresh auction for lease to the property in survey No.335/3B-2 Avinasi Village near Taluk Office and Government Hospital in accordance with the law.
