O R D E R

The petitioner is the wife. The respondent is the husband. They were married on 13.03.2020 at Tiruvalankadu in Thiruvallur District. Thereafter they set up their matrimonial home within the local limits of the Court at Kancheepuram. From the matrimonial, a female child by name Rashmika has been born on 13.11.2020. Due to the differences between the parties, they 1/1

separated. Therefore, the husband had filed an application H.M.O.P.No.273 of 2022 on the file of the Subordinate Judge at Kancheepuram.

2. The difference between Kancheepuram and Kallakurichi is about 200 kms. It is difficult for the wife to travel this distance when she is having tender age child.

3. Considering the overall circumstances, the case in H.M.O.P.No.273 of 2022 has been withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court at Kancheepuram and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court at Kallakurichi.

4. Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
