ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 01.03.2016 and to file final report according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.67 of 2016 before the first respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to produce necessary medical records before the first respondent and the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
