Heard Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Thankira, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 02.04.2019.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the present Contempt petition stands closed. Since there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the closure report dated 02.04.2019 in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
