This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order made in C.M.P.No.6412 of 2022 in SA.SR.No.5866 of 2020 on 08.02.2023.

2.Mr.G.Murugendran, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2, vehemently opposed for extending the time.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the petitioner/appellant, the time is extended by a week from today(05.07.2023) and the petition is ordered.
