This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.11.2023 in view of the order passed by the learned Additional Mahila Court, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.21089 of 2023 dated 29.01.2024 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.R.Sasikumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.
