3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor raised objection for relaxing the condition stating that the petitioner is having 10 previous cases and the respondent Police are monitoring the petitioner.
4. Considering the fact that there are many number of cases registered as against the petitioner and this Court has already relaxed the condition imposed on the petitioner in the above said cases. We are not inclined to entertain these petitions. Hence, both the Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed.
