PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, for expeditious time bound disposal of O.S.No.1493 of 2015 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore. 1/4

ORDER
Although the revision has been filed for an early disposal of the suit, it is seen that following interlocutory applications ( i.e. I.A.Nos.1735 of 2018, 973 of 2018, 6 of 2020, 7 of 2021, 10 of 2021, 13 of 2022, 14 of 2022 and 15 of 2022) are still pending disposal and without appreciating the nature of the applications, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, is directed that all the applications be heard at the time of trial. The applications I.A.Nos.13 and 15 of 2022 are for production of permit sheet which is a necessary document even before the trial is commenced. Therefore, the learned Judge is directed to first dispose of the interlocutory applications which has shown as pending in the notes of proceedings dated 30.01.2025 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The cross examination of P.W.1 shall be commenced thereafter and the suit shall be disposed of within a period of six months thereafter. 2/4
2.The Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs.
