PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to hear the Stay petition dated 14.03.2022 filed under Section 10-B of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 along with the Appeal dated 14.03.2022 filed under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 preferred against the Order of Eviction passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.1277/2021/A1 dated 22.02.2022, situated at Malliyakkarai Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District, within the time fixed by this Court.
