Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the proceedings in impugned notice dated 02.04.2018, bearing Mu.Pa.No.246/2018 on the file of the second respondent made in respect of registered Sale Certificate dated 08.09.2017 bearing Document No.9576/2017 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to release the said registered sale certificate along with refund of excess stamp duty @2% amounting to Rs.3,63,640/- collected from the petitioner company at the time of registration.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for records relating to the proceedings in impugned notice dated 02.04.2018, bearing Mu.Pa.No.246/2018 on the file of the second respondent made in respect of registered Sale Certificate dated 08.09.2017 bearing Document No.9576/2017 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to release the said registered sale certificate along with refund of excess stamp duty @2% amounting to Rs.3,63,640/- collected from the petitioner company at the time of registration.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
