This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 171 days in filing the writ appeal.

A detailed counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents, vehemently opposing the condonation of delay. However, the reasons stated in the stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition clearly shows that the delay is neither wilful nor wanton but only due to bonafide reasons. Hence, the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, C.M.P.No.5653 of 2023 is ordered.
