ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.11298 of 2016, by order dated 28.03.2016, directed the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner and to pass orders, with regard to issuance of

allotment order in respect of Old Plot No.226, New Plot No.194, Door No.30/11, 7th Stalin Street, Annai sathya Nagar, Thirumullaivoyal Village, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 28.03.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents. The said statement of the learned standing counsel for the respondents is recorded. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
