1. The detenue Ms.K.Sivashankari, who is aged 20 years, has been produced.

2. The petitioner is the detenue's brother.

2.1. Respondent No.2, i.e., K.Ponnusamy, is also present in Court.

2.2. The detenue/Ms.K.Sivashankari's parents are also present in Court.

3. We are told that the detenue/Ms.K.Sivashankari, has married respondent No.2/Mr.K.Ponnusamy.

4. We have interacted with the detenue/Ms.K.Sivashankari. She says that she wishes to remain in the company of her husband Mr.K.Ponnusamy. Since, the detenue is a major, according to us, no further orders can be passed in the petition. The detenue is free to take decisions concerning her life.
