O R D E R
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to extend the time to comply with the conditional order of deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.337 of 2018 on the file of I Additional District Judge, Salem.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner suffered heart attack and was hospitalized, pursuant to which, he could not deposit the amount in Court in time. When the petitioner made an 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
C.M.P.No.5299 of 2025 application to deposit the amount, the same has not been entertained on the ground of expiry of specified time period. Having left with no other go, the petitioner has filed the present petition, seeking extension of time.
3.
