PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in respect of the recommendation made by it for the appointment of 5th respondent to the post of Associate Professor, Centre for Green Energy Technology and the consequential order passed by the first respondent in his Proc.NO/PU/ESTT(T)/ET-3/2011-2012/604 dated 02.03.2012 and also the order dated 18.10.2012 of the first respondent in Proc.No.PU/Estt(T)/ET-2/2012-13/223 and quash the same and direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner as Centre Head of Centre for Green Energy Technology of the 1st respondent for a period of three years with effect from the date of his appointment as a Centre Head. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that she has already returned the papers along with change of vakalat. 2.The same is recorded. In this matter, no other learned counsel has

entered appearance. The name of the parties also printed in the cause list. The matter was originally listed on 27.02.2024 and on that day, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also no other counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it can be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this matter.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
