A.No.1416 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed seeking to extend the time period of 3 months for completing the arbitration proceedings.

2. It is the contention of the applicant that the award is passed, however, the arbitration proceedings is not culminated.

3.Such view of the matter, this Court is inclined to extend the time period of four months for completing the arbitration proceedings from the date of reciept of a copy of this Order.

4. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
