Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petitioner from surrendering before learned Additional District (Fast Track) Court, Mettur, in Criminal Appeal No.52/2020 in judgement dated 11.12.2020 by confirming the order dated 01.07.2020 in STC No.327/2020 passed by Judicial Magistrate -I, Mettur, be and hereby is exempted.
