WMP. No.7632 of 2021 in W.P.No.11694 of 2012 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as the proposed 3rd respondent in the main writ petition in W.P.No.11694 of 2012.

2. On perusal of the typed set of papers, by an order dated 30.08.1980, the surplus land which was declared by the respondent was assigned to the proposed party. Thereafter, the proposed party is in possession and enjoyment of the same. Therefore, he is a necessary and proper party to the writ petition. The proposed party is impleaded as respondent in the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
