Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2015 and not to renew the license to run the tea shop in the petitioner's premises situated at No.47/19, Sri Rangammal Street, Old Washermenpet, Chennai - 21.

By consent, the writ petition is take up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims to be the landlady of the premisses bearing Door No.47/19, Sri Rangammal Street, Old Washermenpet, Chennai - 600 021. According to her, she let out a portion of the land in favour of one P.Ramakrishnan to run a tea stall. The petitioner claims that the tea stall is not maintained properly and hygienically and she refused to give no objection certificate for renewing the licence and also submitted a representation/complaint dated 10.02.2015 to the Assistant Revenue Officer, Zone V, Corporation of Chennai not to renew the licence and it was also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
followed by a reminder dated 16.03.2016. The apprehension expressed by the petitioner is that in spite of such representations, steps are being taken to renew the licence and hence she has come forward with this writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.K.Bommuraj learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned standing counsel accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3.
4. This Court without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2015, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2015, on merits and in accordance with law after putting on notice the tenant viz., Mr.P.Ramakrishnan and pass orders as expeditiously as possible, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the tenant viz., Mr.P.Ramakrishnan.
