This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 4 herein as respondents 4 to 7 in the above writ petition, being the legal heirs of the deceased Mr.Sambandham (4 th respondent) who died on 24.05.2021 at Chennai.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered accordingly.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition and list the matter after two weeks.
