Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 5.9.2014 in Memo No.1166/BDFGISSV/2014 against the husband of the petitioner detenu, Pandian, male, aged about 26 years, S/o.Hercules, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and to set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this court and set him at his liberty.

O R D E R
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned detention order dated 5.9.2014 passed by the second respondent has been revoked by the Advisory Board. He also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
